Once you have filled out the ‘Request a Quote’ form we will work towards providing you a quote within 24 Hours.

When our quote is accepted we will move on to the design process, if revisions are required we will have our creative department make the necessary changes.

Next step is for your company to provide rciumbrellas with a Purchase Order along with a deposit.

Depending on the quantity and timelines you have will depend whether we are able to produce in our overseas factory or our U.S. plant.

With our overseas production we will need to allow approx. 90 – 120 days for the completed process.

If your fabric cover requires a custom dye colour we will provide you with PMS Colour Matched ‘LAB DIPS’. These will be sent to you for approval/sign off.

When your order is shipped you will be notified with the approximate arrival day you so you can alert your receiving department.
